For All My Peeps...

Ok. Here it is. This one goes out to all my peeps. People have been wonderring if I will ever post again. As stated before...Here it is! DAY DREAMING. What about it you might ask? or That's what people do when they can't focus when they are at work. Well I'm at work and I think that this is a topic worth discussing.
We all dream: sleeping, life goals, etc. What if God was talking to you through these moments in our everyday lives? Take Peter (Acts 10:1-11:18), Paul (Acts 18:9-10, Cor. 12:1-10), John (Rev. 1-22) all normal guys. Some might say that they are different, they were great men of God and thats why God talked to them/came to them in dreams. We can't expect God to do that now...can we? Yes they were. They were men of faith, pilars in the early church and the church today. They stepped out to recieve all that God had for them. We also know that God is the same, never changing. (Heb. 13:8) If this is true, then the same faith that our forefathers walked in has to be the same faith that we here about today. So, what is the prblem then?
God doesn't want us to live just a christian life. He would have us live lives that, for a lack of a better word, push the envelope. Living the adventure, living the dream. Even in the past few months of my own life I have had to make the choice to dream and step out into the adventure.
we are all just ordinary people with a chance to live extraordinary lives. Day dream. Listen to that small part of you that is taunting you to take the next step. Share your dream. Give others a chance to be inspired and possibly dream themselves. Live the dream. Don't let your dream sit and collect dust. If you don't use it no one else will.
"In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams." Acts 2:17
